At Fairlawn Nazarene, we believe spiritual growth happens best in community. Just as Jesus surrounded Himself with a small group of close followers, we are called to walk alongside others in faith. Small groups provide a place for encouragement, accountability, and deeper discipleship as we grow in our love for God and one another. We encourage every member to be part of a small group as a vital step in living out our commitment to follow Jesus and pursue holiness together.

Seamless
Have you ever wished you understood how all the pieces of the Bible fit together? Seamless walks through Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, connecting the people, places, promises, and major events into one complete story. Whether you’re newer to the Bible or have been reading it for years, this study will help you see the bigger picture, understand how the Old and New Testaments connect, and grow in confidence as you read God’s Word.
The Names of God
The names of God throughout Scripture reveal so much about who he is, what he does, and how he relates to us. In Names of God, we’ll explore names for the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Together, we’ll learn more about the character of God and consider how knowing him more deeply shapes the way we trust him, pray, worship, and live.
The Lie You Don't Know You Believe
We all have lies that can quietly shape the way we see ourselves, God, and the world around us. In The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe, Jennie Allen explores the core lies we tell ourselves and how they can influence our thoughts and decisions. Looking at Jesus’ temptation in the book of Matthew, we’ll learn how Jesus responded to lies with the truth of God’s Word and how we can begin identifying the lies we believe, replacing them with truth, and walking in the freedom we have in Christ.

What does it really mean to be a godly man? Based on Joby Martin’s Be a Godly Man, this group challenges men to pursue Christ-centered leadership, character, courage, and integrity in every area of life. Together, we’ll dig into what Scripture says about becoming the kind of men God has called us to be—at home, at work, in our relationships, and in our faith. Come ready to grow, be challenged, and encourage one another as we learn what it means to truly be a godly man.
The Deep Dive
The Deep Dive is a place to go deeper into the stories of Jesus and His Apostles. We’ll explore the people, events, teachings, and moments that shaped the early Church, taking time to understand the biblical context and discover what these stories mean for our faith today. Come ready to dig into Scripture, ask questions, and grow together as we uncover the deeper truths behind the stories we know and love.
Rough Cut Men
Rough Cut Men is a journey of becoming the man God created you to be. Based on David Dusek’s biblical men’s discipleship material, this group challenges men to grow in their faith, character, leadership, and relationships. Through Scripture, honest conversation, accountability, and brotherhood, we’ll learn what it means to live with purpose, lead well, and faithfully follow Christ. We’re all a work in progress—rough cuts being shaped into something stronger, sharper, and more useful for God.
The Titus Ten
Join us as we journey through The Titus Ten, exploring ten biblical qualities that challenge men to grow in character, faith, and leadership. This is a welcoming opportunity to connect with other men, dig into God’s Word, and encourage one another to become the men God has called us to be.
